The VQ Snapshot is a free, self-reported assessment that scores your business across seven categories and returns a band result on screen. It is designed to help business owners develop a clearer picture of their operating strength.
What the Snapshot is: an educational tool that uses your self-reported responses to generate a structured, scored output. It is not a formal business valuation, a legal opinion, an accounting opinion, or a financial audit.
What the Snapshot is not: a guarantee of any particular outcome, investment return, or sale price. Your VQ score reflects the information you provide and our scoring model — it should be used as a starting point for conversation, not as a definitive statement of business value.

The content on AgoraVQ.com — including text, design, graphics, and the structure of the assessment — is the property of Agora Strategic Workshops and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.
You may not reproduce, republish, redistribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the VQ framework or this site without our written permission. Brief quotations with attribution are fine; wholesale copying is not.
We treat your Snapshot responses and any information shared during an engagement as confidential. We do not share your company name, scores, or responses without your explicit written permission — not with other clients, not publicly, not in marketing materials.

AgoraVQ.com and the VQ Snapshot are provided "as is." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of the site, the assessment, or any report we produce.
Business advisory is inherently judgment-based. Our analysis reflects our best professional assessment at the time — it does not guarantee any specific outcome, sale price, or performance improvement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Agora Strategic Workshops (DBA Agora Strategic Consulting Group) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or any services described on it.
Our total liability to you in connection with the VQ Snapshot (free tier) is zero. Our total liability in connection with a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that specific engagement.
This site links to third-party services including Typeform (for the assessment) and LinkedIn. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services. Use them at your own discretion.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Agora may use artificial intelligence tools to assist in analyzing assessment responses, identifying patterns across the seven VQ categories, and generating portions of written insights for paid reports. All AI-assisted outputs are reviewed by Agora advisors before delivery to you. AI is a supplementary tool — it does not replace our professional judgment, and we remain responsible for everything we deliver.
We take care to use AI tools that, to our knowledge, do not use client data to train their models, and we do not input confidential business information into public or consumer AI systems.
